LAYERS OF SPRING WINDOW PAINTINGS! This one took a while to do! Two of us painting for one day and had to come back the next day to finish. (we couldn’t see our colours in the dark any more) 🙈 The lighting was so bright on the inside and so dark on the outside Everything looked like silhouettes!! I’m telling you - it did not look super great the first night. We were feeling pretty defeated… yet somehow we got SOOOO many compliments the entire time we were painting (even when it looked bad), which really does help an artist feel like they don’t totally suck! 😉 lol. Trust the process.. keep building more layers. Finally turned out how we like it!! Whew!!! 🌸🌸🌸

Actual Reenactment painting! 🤣 This event actually happened... (to me) although no photos were actually taken & no video was actually taken because “someone” was laughing too hard 🤣 ....as we went to feed the sheep that were in this field next to us, the sheep who earlier, had been eating out of our hands... with no problem whatsoever... but the head of the herd.... THE RAM... decided he didn’t like me anymore??? even though I had a big plate full of apples and mangos and everything else.... He slowly snuck up towards me as I knew something wasn’t gonna go well and smashed straight into me and the plate with all the apples and snackies went flying up into the air while Paula was laughing hysterically....and then we both started laughing really hard- while all the sheep just decided to keep eating everything all over the ground. It was really funny. I didn’t get hurt that badly but what a time!!!! 🤣🤣🤣 I wanted to make this painting for Paula as a gift... and memory of that SUPER fun weekend!!! That air bnb was my 50th birthday present from her. I loved it.
